The hotel network three companies couldn't fix

Problem
A multi-vendor hotel network with guest and staff Wi-Fi that kept failing. Three other companies had each replaced hardware. The problem stayed.
What we found
The fault didn't live inside any one vendor's box. It lived in how the pieces had been stitched together over the years, and nobody had documented it.
Result
Fixed at the root cause, documented so the next vendor can't reintroduce it.

A monitoring and remote-disable device that didn't exist

Problem
Equipment in the field needed to be monitored and, when necessary, disabled remotely. No product on the market did exactly that.
What we found
The requirement was simple enough to build directly: a custom cellular device with monitoring and remote disable, designed from the board up.
Result
Purpose-built hardware in service, with the design and documentation handed over.

The report that ate a workday

Problem
A recurring report was assembled by hand from several systems, every time, taking hours of a skilled person's week.
What we found
Every step was repeatable. The work was gathering, reconciling, and formatting, which is exactly what an automated AI pipeline is good at.
Result
An automated report pipeline that replaced hours of manual work, with a human review step kept where it matters.
